Cell culture needs a timeline, not another checklist.
BenchCadence helps turn your culture start date into a visible series of lab tasks—while keeping sample identities and experimental notes under your control.
The scheduling app is currently in Japanese. English-language product pages are available now; a fully translated interface is in development. Plans are stored only in your browser—export regular backups.
Schedule a cell culture workflow
Record a cell line name, passage, vessel, experimental purpose, start date and culture duration. Add regular medium changes, observation days and a final assay date. Review the resulting tasks in the monthly calendar.
Example: a 14-day differentiation study
Day 0: seed cells → Days 3, 6, 9, 12: medium-change tasks → Days 1, 7 and 14: observation plan → Day 14: endpoint evaluation.
What is—and is not—automated
- Choose your own cell line and passage information; no fixed cell type is required.
- Medium-change dates are generated from user-defined intervals. Weekend dates are not silently shifted.
- Culture duration is treated as an ongoing experimental period when finding free scheduling windows.
- No sample inventory, regulatory audit trail or cloud synchronization is provided in the beta.
Where it fits
Useful as a planning aid for routine mammalian cell culture, stem-cell differentiation, time-course experiments and small wet-lab teams. Culture schedules are planning defaults, not validated biological protocols. Follow your lab's SOPs for actual experimental decisions.
